if your going to have a mod to increase rate of fire, should it not have a down side? maybe increased heatbuild up leading to jamming the gun.. so stacking mods would increase heat exponentially..

Maybe we need modules to enhance the scanner, so it gets a bonus.. Cause you can stack modules as a scout but the only way too enhance a scanner is to skill gal logi... That way you could fit scanner on other suits but too make the scanner good yo...
